When will my order be received?
It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery manager. We provide a team of shipping managers based in major cities. It usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.
Is delivery available outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and in certain cities specified on the delivery page.
You can request international delivery through the store team via WhatsApp by providing information about the product weight and rates for international shippers not currently registered with the store.
What if the product is defective?
You should read the return policy to know the conditions for returns and exchanges. In case of a defect, the product can be returned. The company’s shipping cost is calculated, and the freight is returned to the customer. The product cost is not reimbursed according to the return policy.
I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers delivery service for large quantity orders, with discounts ranging from 10–20% on certain products. You can contact us directly through the contact page to inquire about quantities.
