Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges of a product are a right for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.
All products in our store are subject to the exchange and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within three (3) days, and replacements within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the Contact Us page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Please take a photo and send the product along with the city, address, and order number specified so it can be replaced with another product if the item is damaged, has a defect, or was not used according to the agreement.
The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product shown on our website.
We are not responsible for the customer’s expectations of product use if they were not mentioned on the product page on our website.
A deduction of 30% or a minimum of 25 dirhams applies if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or issue mentioned.
